Mark Cresswell / Chief Executive Officer
Mark Cresswell is Chief Executive Officer, overseeing development of the LzLabs Software Defined Mainframe®. He is also Founder and CTO of Scalable, a private software asset management company. Prior to his position at Scalable, Mark served as CEO of NEON Systems, Inc. which specialized in mainframe integration software, and he was also managing director of Framesoft, a private Swiss company that developed solutions for the investment banking market.
Thilo Rockmann / Chairman and COO
Thilo has more than 20 years experience in the information and communications technology industry having served as president and CEO, managing director, group systems director, and technology consultant with many notable companies, including Accenture, Sun Microsystems, Easynet (BSkyB), and JME Ventures. He holds an MSc in physics from the University of Hamburg, an MBA from University of Wales in Cardiff, and a certification in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in London.
Dale Vecchio / Chief Marketing Officer
Dale spent 18 years as Research Vice President at Gartner, where he specialised in strategies for modernising application portfolios. Before becoming one of the world’s foremost analysts in the realm of application modernisation, Dale began his career as a mainframe application developer, moving on to become a systems programmer and later, a director and vice president of marketing across a range of technology companies, including Cincom Systems, Systems Center, and Viasoft.
Jan Jaeger / Chief Software Architect
Jan was the co-inventor of Hercules, the mainframe emulation hardware. He has been programming on Unix systems since 1981, and IBM mainframes since 1984 for clients in the financial, oil, and airlines industries. Jan has extensive experience in the fields of systems programming, security, and information risk management. He has more than 30 years of experience working in large organizations, including Accenture, BT, Shell, ING Bank, IBM, and Ansett Airlines of Australia and a proven track record of delivering projects successfully by being able to translate very complex technical issues into practical business applications.
Didier Durand / Chief Product Officer
Didier co-founded Eranea in 2011 to develop a technology to automatically transform large mainframe applications to Java on x86 platforms. The technology was used successfully in numerous projects and acquired by LzLabs in 2016. Prior to Eranea, Didier held various management positions in large corporations (Axa, PubliGroupe / Publicitas), where he was responsible for managing global information technology infrastructure, including mainframes and their operating teams.
Colin Gray / SVP Worldwide Sales
Colin has served in go-to-market leadership positions for over 20 years, focusing on acceleration of early stage, high-trajectory technology businesses. He established EMEA for NetScreen, PentaSafe, CipherTrust and BigFix. He also led Worldwide sales for ChangeBASE, achieving #1 Market Share and resulting in their sale to Quest Software. Most recently Colin drove the early EMEA momentum for AIOps pioneer Moogsoft, having previously established EMEA as the most profitable region for Boston-based Arbor Networks, achieving explosive growth in revenues and personnel. Colin is responsible for all sales strategy, customer acquisition and revenue growth for LzLabs.
Duncan Love / Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer Duncan heads up the finance, tax and treasury function overseeing financial strategy and has previously held senior management roles in high growth international SaaS technology businesses under Private Equity ownership. Prior to LzLabs Duncan was CFO at Exclaimer, Inchora, Lumesse and StepStone Solutions.
Walter Zemp / Senior Advisor
Walter has held numerous senior positions in IT and telecom enterprises throughout Europe and has a vast amount of experience building and sustaining businesses. He has been a shareholder and served on Boards of leading firms in Switzerland and abroad. Walter was co-founder of the first alternative carrier operator, Plusnet, in Switzerland.
Stephan Murer / Senior Advisor
After an academic career, Stephan held the global chief architect/CTO roles at UBS and Credit Suisse, with a responsibility for global architecture, technology, and innovation management. Today, Stephan serves on a number of technology company boards in Switzerland and abroad, runs his own consulting business, and teaches at various universities.
