Mark Cresswell / Executive Chairman
Mark Cresswell is Executive Chairman, overseeing development of the LzLabs Software Defined Mainframe®. He is also Founder and Chairman of Scalable, a private software asset management company. Prior to his position at Scalable, Mark served as CEO of NEON Systems, Inc. which specialized in mainframe integration software, and he was also managing director of Framesoft, a private Swiss company that developed solutions for the investment banking market.
Thilo Rockmann / Chief Executive Officer
Thilo Rockmann has more than 20 years experience in the information and communications technology industry having served as president and CEO, managing director, group systems director, and technology consultant with many notable companies, including Accenture, Sun Microsystems, Easynet (BSkyB), and JME Ventures. He holds an MSc in physics from the University of Hamburg, an MBA from University of Wales in Cardiff, and a certification in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in London.
Jan Jaeger / Chief Technology Officer
Jan Jaeger was the co-inventor of Hercules, the mainframe emulation hardware. He has been programming on Unix systems since 1981, and IBM mainframes since 1984 for clients in the financial, oil, and airlines industries. Jan has extensive experience in the fields of systems programming, security, and information risk management. He has more than 30 years of experience working in large organizations, including Accenture, BT, Shell, ING Bank, IBM, and Ansett Airlines of Australia and a proven track record of delivering projects successfully by being able to translate very complex technical issues into practical business applications.
Duncan Love / Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer Duncan Love heads up the finance, tax and treasury function overseeing financial strategy and has previously held senior management roles in high growth international SaaS technology businesses under Private Equity ownership. Prior to LzLabs Duncan was CFO at Exclaimer, Inchora, Lumesse and StepStone Solutions.
Andy Askew / Chief Revenue Officer
Andy is responsible for the global sales, and presales teams at LzLabs, overseeing the sale of LzLabs software to organizations across the world. He has over 20 years of experience as a leader in the enterprise software space, including senior leadership roles at IBM, CA Technologies and Broadcom.
Most recently, Andy spent over ten years leading CA Technologies’ mainframe solution sales and customer adoption functions across EMEA. Subsequent to the Broadcom acquisition of CA Technologies in 2018 Andy worked in the EMEA leadership team supporting the successful integration of CA and go to market plan.
Corinne Armani / SVP Marketing
Corinne Armani heads the marketing and communications activities at LzLabs. She is known for her creative and holistic marketing approach and brings a strong background in omnichannel marketing which she gathered leading campaigns for global technology and consumer brands such as EMC, Comet Group and Kaplan Inc. She directed award-winning marketing teams and founded her own marketing agency before joining LzLabs.
Christian Wehrli / VP Product Delivery
Christian Wehrli manages LzLabs’ product delivery team, responsible for post sales, project office & support teams in the areas of product implementation, testing, architecture, support and project management. Prior to joining LzLabs in 2014, Christian spent two years at IBM running a strategic outsourcing team, he previously spent seven years at UBS as a Mainframe Engineer and Architect.
Stephan Murer / Senior Advisor
After an academic career, Stephan Murer held the global chief architect/CTO roles at UBS and Credit Suisse, with a responsibility for global architecture, technology, and innovation management. Today, Stephan serves on a number of technology company boards in Switzerland and abroad, runs his own consulting business, and teaches at various universities.
