
Mark Cresswell / Executive Chairman
Mark Cresswell is Executive Chairman, overseeing development of the LzLabs Software Defined Mainframe®. He is also Founder and Chairman of Scalable, a private software asset management company. Prior to his position at Scalable, Mark served as CEO of NEON Systems, Inc. which specialized in mainframe integration software, and he was also managing director of Framesoft, a private Swiss company that developed solutions for the investment banking market.

Thilo Rockmann / Chief Executive Officer
Thilo has more than 20 years experience in the information and communications technology industry having served as president and CEO, managing director, group systems director, and technology consultant with many notable companies, including Accenture, Sun Microsystems, Easynet (BSkyB), and JME Ventures. He holds an MSc in physics from the University of Hamburg, an MBA from University of Wales in Cardiff, and a certification in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in London.

Jan Jaeger / Chief Software Architect
Jan was the co-inventor of Hercules, the mainframe emulation hardware. He has been programming on Unix systems since 1981, and IBM mainframes since 1984 for clients in the financial, oil, and airlines industries. Jan has extensive experience in the fields of systems programming, security, and information risk management. He has more than 30 years of experience working in large organizations, including Accenture, BT, Shell, ING Bank, IBM, and Ansett Airlines of Australia and a proven track record of delivering projects successfully by being able to translate very complex technical issues into practical business applications.

Duncan Love / Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer Duncan heads up the finance, tax and treasury function overseeing financial strategy and has previously held senior management roles in high growth international SaaS technology businesses under Private Equity ownership. Prior to LzLabs Duncan was CFO at Exclaimer, Inchora, Lumesse and StepStone Solutions.

Dr. Jean-Luc Vuattoux / SVP Software Development
Jean-Luc co-founded Eranea in 2011 to develop a technology which automatically transforms large mainframe applications to Java on x86 platforms. Jean-Luc managed migration projects and the development and architecture teams responsible for the technology, which was acquired by LzLabs in 2016. Prior to Eranea, Jean-Luc managed various research & development projects and teams in large corporations including Vitec Multimedia and PubliGroupe, where he developed innovative software in fields such as video and signal processing, AI applied to automatic recognition and capture of advertising in both print and online platforms.

Dan Pickles / VP Marketing
Dan joined LzLabs in 2017 and runs the team responsible for global go-to-market, marketing and sales enablement programmes. Prior to joining LzLabs, Dan spent seven years in marketing, communication and brand consultancy. He has devised and managed global marketing programs for technology and corporate brands including AT Kearney, Barclays, Dell EMC, First Reserve, IFS, Quest, RSM, Samsung and SonicWall. Dan has a BSc in Economics from the University of Birmingham.

Becky Etheridge / SVP Global Alliances
Becky is responsible for building go-to-market strategies with leading global and regional system integrators and technology partners. Becky joined LzLabs in 2017 having spent much of her career in direct software sales roles within the financial service sector, later transitioning into global alliance management. Becky has held senior roles at Microsoft, SAP, VMware and OpenText.

Christian Wehrli / VP Product Delivery
Christian manages LzLabs’ product delivery team, responsible for post sales, project office & support teams in the areas of product implementation, testing, architecture, support and project management. Prior to joining LzLabs in 2014, Christian spent two years at IBM running a strategic outsourcing team, he previously spent seven years at UBS as a Mainframe Engineer and Architect.

Stephan Murer / Senior Advisor
After an academic career, Stephan held the global chief architect/CTO roles at UBS and Credit Suisse, with a responsibility for global architecture, technology, and innovation management. Today, Stephan serves on a number of technology company boards in Switzerland and abroad, runs his own consulting business, and teaches at various universities.
